charmed by spacious studio

spacious studio convenient location friendly staff

this studio felt really big. walking distances to visited spots was convenient. staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. the check in was easy, even arriving late at night.

no one helped with issues, especially when needing clean towels. i asked, but none were provided.

modern rooms central location bad smell dirty utensils

i liked how modern the rooms were the building location was central and easy to find. i also did not hear other guests which was great the staff were lovely.

unfortunately there was an issue with the room i got a room on the fifth floor. it had no windows to see outside only to the rooftop the bathroom had a permanent horrible smell. some kitchen utensils were dirty too.

modern room spacious bathroom lovely staff

The rooms were modern. i found the building easily! the bathroom and living room were spacious and had everything we needed. I liked that. the staff was lovely there too.

the cleaning policy could improve. they didn't clean the room though i only requested fresh towels after a few days.

the location was central (it was easy to get around).

i had issues with the self-check-in. it was overly complex even after completing the online process. i also found no one available to assist with issues.
